SkinPen®
The SkinPen® was among the first FDA-approved microneedling devices. Using this technology, our Providers help you uncover your true self by naturally renewing your skin from within, restoring a smoother, more radiant complexion. Our Providers begin by applying a topical numbing cream to help assure optimal comfort throughout your treatment. During the quick, 30-minute session, patients typically feel light pressure and a mild buzzing sensation, with minimal discomfort.
While downtime is minimal, patients may experience redness and mild swelling for up to 5 days, with complete healing taking approximately 5-7 days. Most people can wear makeup and resume normal activities 24 hours after their microneedling procedure. At The Lark, it is ALWAYS recommended to wear sunscreen and practice sun avoidance after your cosmetic treatments. Pricing for this service is based on the area treated.
