Must be enjoyed during the membership month in which it is earned.

As a courtesy, members may receive a 1-time extension during their 6-month membership term, allowing 1 unused monthly facial to be redeemed within 30 days of the membership term's conclusion. This courtesy extension is limited to 1 facial benefit per membership and may not be combined with any additional rollover or extension.

Member retail discounts, priority scheduling, promotional access, and other membership privileges remain available only during the active 6-month membership term and expire upon membership completion.

Unlike traditional memberships, The Lark Reserve functions as a monthly treatment bank, allowing you to accumulate credits toward many of The Lark’s most requested medical aesthetic services. Your benefits include:

$299 in treatment credits deposited into your Reserve Membership account each month that may be applied toward eligible services, including: Neurotoxin Treatments, SkinVive®, BBL HEROic™, MOXI®, SkinPen® Microneedling and additional provider-approved aesthetic treatments.

Reserve Membership Terms

Treatment credits may accumulate for up to 6 consecutive months while your membership remains active and in good standing. Credits expire 6 months from the date of their original deposit.

Upon membership expiration or termination, any unused treatment credits must be redeemed within 30 days. Remaining unused credits after this period will expire.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be used for gift cards, retail merchandise or prescription products and may not be applied towards gratuities.

General Membership Policies
All memberships are offered as a six-month commitment and are designed to encourage consistent, medically guided care. Our General Membership Policies, include:

Membership fees are automatically billed each month to the payment method maintained on file.

Memberships do not automatically renew. Renewal may be requested upon completion of the initial six-month term.

Membership benefits are exclusive to the enrolled member and are non-transferable.

Membership benefits and treatment credits have no cash value.

Medical treatments are provided only following consultation and when deemed medically appropriate by your treating provider.

Retail discounts may not be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise specified.

Appointments remain subject to The Lark’s cancellation and no-show policy.

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next scheduled billing date.

Membership fees are non-refundable.
